The New England Patriots (13-0) have clinched the AFC East and can take homefield advantage throughout the playoffs on Sunday. The Indianapolis Colts (11-2) join the Patriots as the only AFC teams to have clinched a playoff berth and can earn the AFC South title for the fifth consecutive year on Sunday.
Pittsburgh (9-4) and San Diego (8-5) have the opportunity to clinch division titles this week as well. Jacksonville (9-4) and Cleveland (8-5) are both on the cusp
